The Introductory EA Fellowship
A practical course in doing good more effectively, run by us here in Amsterdam. One session a week with a facilitator, with reading and an exercise to work through beforehand.
What it teaches is method: how to make your reasoning visible, how to compare interventions, how to act sensibly when the evidence is thin, and how to work out which problems deserve your effort. By the end you'll have a plan for increasing your impact: through your career, your giving, your political voice, and your role in helping others do the same.
The people matter as much as the material. Past participants have gone into government, started organisations, done research at top universities, led teams at high-impact nonprofits, and moved serious money to effective causes. Some changed direction entirely; others found more impact in the path they were already on.

Cohorts start together and stay together. Each week builds on the last, and the group matters as much as the reading, so we don't add people once a cohort is under way. Sign up before it starts. If you've found this too late, ask us to tell you when the next one opens.
Applications are open
The next cohort starts Thursday 10 September and runs for six weeks, Thursdays from 17:30 to 19:00. Sign up takes a couple of minutes.

In the meantime, come anyway
Everything else we run is open to newcomers all year: socials, talks and discussions, no reading required. Most people who join a cohort have been to a couple of those first.
